TERMS OF USE
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the rights and limitations of our products:
1. Digital Products Only
- We exclusively sell virtual products; no physical items will be shipped.
Product delivery details:
- Clothes: Sent as Open Source in a .zip file to your registered email immediately after purchase.
- Maps, Cars, Peds, and Scripts: Sent as Escrowed and delivered to the Keymaster account of the server owner within a maximum of 24 hours.
2. Labor Costs
- All our products involve labor-intensive work, including converting, modeling, and remodeling. We do not sell unworked files.
- Prices cover labor and software costs required to convert files to GTA 5 format.
3. License and Usage Restrictions
- Products are for personal use only.
You may NOT:
- Sell, redistribute, or share files with multiple servers.
- Repost or include our products in any third-party packs.
- Use our work for commercial purposes or resale.
4. Modification Policy
- 3D models CANNOT be modified or edited.
- Textures may be recolored for personal use only.
5. Refund Policy
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued as these are digital products that cannot be returned.
6. Server Use & Responsibility
- Escrowed products are limited to one Keymaster account. If you need to use them on additional servers, the product must be purchased again.
- We are not responsible for any server bans, as this is completely outside of our control. Users are responsible for complying with FiveM's Terms of Service.
- Before purchasing, please confirm with your server owner whether the product can be added to the server where you play. We are not responsible for any restrictions imposed after purchase.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Violating these terms may result in a ban from future purchases.
